J&T Express UAE Latest Jobs – Warehouse Supervisor (WH Supervisor)
📍 Location: United Arab Emirates
📅 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily warehouse and station operations
✅ Manage inbound line-haul vehicle arrival and unloading
✅ Supervise sorting, dispatching, and route optimization of parcels
✅ Monitor courier performance and parcel delivery accuracy
✅ Ensure timely COD handover to the finance department
✅ Train and manage warehouse staff on safety and service standards
✅ Analyze delivery reports and KPIs for operational improvement
✅ Optimize area assignments, routes, and station performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in courier/logistics or last-mile delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel and daily reporting
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for in-person interviews
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
