📍 Location: UAE Waters (Offshore)
📅 Start Date: Immediate or within 1 month
🛠️ Type: Full-Time | Rotational | Offshore Operations
Responsibilities include:
- Leading rig operations safely and efficiently
- Enforcing HSE policies and well control standards
- Coordinating with drilling teams, engineers, and contractors
- Providing detailed daily reports and supervising completions/interventions
Candidate Requirements:
- 8–10+ years’ offshore drilling experience
- IWCF/IADC Well Control Certification (valid)
- Strong rig management, HSE compliance, and team leadership skills

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi (Onshore/Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for performance improvement
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in strategic planning roles, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy
- Proven expertise in business modeling, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement

- MBA or equivalent strategic qualification preferred
