🎓 Role Overview
As the Admissions Manager, you will shape and lead the entire admissions process for the founding year. Your strategic input and operational leadership will be vital in achieving enrolment targets, delivering premium customer experience, and establishing Harrow Dubai as a leading choice for high-net-worth families.

- Design and implement a data-driven admissions strategy
- Coordinate school tours, student assessments, and parent consultations
- Oversee compliance with KHDA regulations
- Manage CRM platforms for applicant tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with Taaleem Central Admissions and Marketing teams
- Plan open days and family induction events
💼 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or Marketing
- 5+ years of admissions experience in premium or international schools
- Experience with KHDA/ADEK procedures
- CRM proficiency (essential)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Develop and implement a school marketing strategy with Central Office
- Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate digital campaigns, newsletters, and press releases
- Plan school open days, PR campaigns, and media collaborations
- Create compelling content aligned with Harrow’s brand ethos
💼 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in school marketing or related sector
- Strong command of digital tools (SEO, Meta Ads, analytics, content creation)
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling ability
- Experience in launching new schools or educational brands is an advantage
