Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Americana Foods, you will:
- Be the main point of contact between the sales team and operations (order-to-cash cycle).
- Manage and track orders, deliveries, and invoicing for Modern Trade and E-Commerce customers.
- Coordinate master data updates and maintain system alignment with customers.
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process.
- Liaise with 3PL logistics and warehousing to ensure on-time deliveries and complaint resolutions.
- Monitor Service Level KPIs, analyze issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise the order processing team and ensure task clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with distribution planners to forecast and maintain stock levels.
- Manage inventory prioritization, quality holds, and customer returns process.
- Resolve operational conflicts between sales and logistics.
- Maintain audit-ready records and generate weekly operational reports.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Business Administration)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order management role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI is a plus
- Prior experience in FMCG, food distribution, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred
