Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and promoting the hotel’s brand identity. Responsibilities include:
- Handling sales-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Promoting Marriott brand loyalty while maximizing upsell opportunities
- Coordinating with departments (Sales, Data Admin, Accounting) to resolve guest requests
- Processing reservations, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing department with admin duties (filing, emails, reports)
- Assisting management in training and motivating new employees
- Maintaining professional appearance and upholding Marriott service standards
- Managing guest relations with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Marriott quality standards
Candidate Requirements
To qualify, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- 📘 Education: High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 📈 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 💼 Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- 🤝 Team-player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 💻 Proficient in basic office software and reservation platforms
