1️⃣ Coordinator – Rider On-Ground Operations
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📅 Experience: 1–2 years in food/grocery tech preferred
🛵 License Required: UAE Driving License
🗣 Language: English & Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live operations and rider performance
- Conduct on-ground audits and manage walk-in queries
- Liaise with fleet partners, dispatchers, and internal teams
- Address escalations, analyze data trends, and implement performance corrections
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Fast-paced multitasker with strong problem-solving skills

📅 Experience: 1–2 years in inventory/stock control
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily stock movements and shrinkage reports
